Logi-tek is an independent consultancy practice formed in 2002
We aim to provide best practice commissioning management services for highly technical Mechanical and Electrical Engineering projects particularly in the data centre sectors. Commissioning is a vital component in the construction process on these projects and our teams are therefore integral to their successful completion.
Our business succeeds because our culture is based on intelligent cooperation, we have nurtured a fast paced and agile culture that thrives on collaboration and change. All our operational planning starts with the end product.
- Manage the commissioning processes so projects are delivered on time and to the Clients requirements
- Provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered during the construction processes
- Provide our clients with the right information at the right time to enable them to make informed decisions
- Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through developing strong working relationships with all project team members
We recognise our key asset are our people we encourage all of our employees to develop, train for new skills and come up with new innovative ways to drive the business forward.
All are included in this philosophy.
The company’s staff come from both professional and contracting sides of the industry, including end clients, consultancies, FM providers, maintenance contractors, commissioning engineers and M&E contractors.
A key component is the years of practical experience shared between them. This unique combination allows us to view problems from all perspectives
This constant interaction and support foster real team spirit, ownership and support in the business
Our primary aim is to establish long-term relationships with our clients, building on trusted partnerships that ensure we meet the needs of our clients, in the most dynamic and transparent way possible.
The quality and flexibility of service we provide is key, as our business growth and development are been based on repeat business. This provides a solid platform for career development for our staff.
We also recognise that as a ethical company we need to look outside of our bubble and give back to the wider community
In 2017 in one of the poorest parts of Uganda, a trip was combined with organising a medical outreach clinic which treated 3,300 people and a children's education programme.
As part of our involvement in the care for the environment initiative, we provide funds to support community garden projects that encourage wildlife and provide education opportunities for adults and children.
